All items are custom printed for you! This means they are subject to a fulfillment period before they are dispatched.

Most standard fulfillments are submitted immediately and reach the carrier within 3-4 days. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 5 days of payment.

Orders are shipped from the fulfillment centers Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm local time. Any orders ready after 12pm local time will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped and a tracking number has been generated.

Fulfillment is the timeframe it takes to compile the package and get it to the carrier (postal service or courier) for delivery.

In other words, it’s the time it takes us to print and pack your order before it is collected for delivery.

We ship all around the world! Which means you won't have to wait long!

Most orders are received within 5 – 10 days of your order date.

Because these items are custom made, one at a time they might take an extra 2 - 3 business days to be manufactured, especially during busy periods.

We have print houses in many countries, including Australia, USA, Canada, UK and larger EU countries. However, international or regional orders might take longer, depending on the destination.

In order to provide you with competitive shipping times, we work exclusively with printing houses located in Australia, USA, UK, Canada and EU.

We aim to ship from the closest location to you, so that it gets there as quickly as possible.

We update tracking numbers manually in different systems at different times.

For instance, if you've made your purchase via PayPal, you might get an instant notification, plus see shipping/tracking notification a few days later

In some cases, In order to avoid passing on unnecessary costs to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number.

However, all our orders are 100% guaranteed to be delivered as long as you have given the correct shipping address.

If you don’t see your order within the time frame specified for your country, let us know and we’ll get to the bottom of it immediately.

Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours after dispatch for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the local postal systems (eg. USPS and Australia Post).

For logistical reasons, some items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

We aim to combine shipments whenever possible, but if they are on different print runs, they may be sent separately.

While I’m Aussie, more than 90% of our audience is international. The most commonly used currency internationally is USD, so we charge in that.
